St Clement Cockatoo Barbotine Pitcher Jug

Large French majolica water jug or pitcher depicting a duck with open beak. The water comes from the beak. There is a handle at the back. The cockatoo is marked with St. Clement France and model number 7481. Made around 1950. Height 34 cm.

Condition: good condition, small glaze production fault on the top of the head feather

Vintage grote majolica waterkan in de vorm van een kaketoe met open snavel. Het water komt uit de bek, aan de achterzijde voorzien van een handvat. Onderop gemerkt met St. Clement France en modelnummer 7481. Gemaakt rond 1950. Hoogte 34 cm.

Conditie: goede conditie, kleine glazuurfout bovenop de kopveer
