Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 3 days of processing your order. (orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will take slightly longer). All orders will be shipped by our designated courier to addresses within mainland and abroud.
Delivery charges apply to orders shipped to Europe and a selection of other countries, and will be outlined on your order form before payment is processed. Certain countries do not have specified shipping cost on our website, in this case please contact us to inform if shipping is possible to the desired country.
In some cases additional costs for shipping an order will apply. In this event, we will contact you with details of the charge before your order is dispatched. If you are unhappy with this and do not wish to proceed, a full refund will be provided.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for a refund at any time within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal or courier service for your protection.We also recommend that you keep any proof of posting documentation for your security. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded. Please allow up to one week once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.
All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

All this information is necessary to enable us to process your order and liaise with you about your order. Our chosen trusted payment processor is Molly. We do not store any credit or debit card information you supply to Molly during checkout. Molly deploy security measures that meet all modern standards. Your information is fully protected to the highest standard whenever you place an order.
When placing an order, we will store the data you provide. Any data we store may, in the future, be used for promotional mailings from us. We will not pass your details to third parties.

By completing the purchasing processes you are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions shown below. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Formation of contract (online purchases)
All requests to order items from www.grijzer.nl shall be provisional and non-binding unless or until a "Confirmation of Order" e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address of the registered user. For the avoidance of doubt a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.
We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept iDeal for dutch customers and PayPal for international payments.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on GRIJZER website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you choose to cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
In the unfortunate event that goods you have purchased and paid for are out of stock we will refund you and confirm by email within 24 hours.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the brand specification and description of all items is correct on our website. We can however not be held responsible for incorrect attribution of objects to a brand or manufacturer. If you have any queries regarding the specification of products please contact us before placing your order to request additional information. We will endeavour where possible to provide you with more detailed information.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after the day of delivery of the goods. If you wish to cancel your contract you should notify us by email to email@example.com
In such circumstances we will accept any item(s) comprised in a cancelled order provided that you have taken reasonable care of the items while they have been in your possession. We will refund the cost of rejected items or cancelled orders (including the original despatch charge) within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back. Please note, however, that items are to be returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal or courier service for your protection.
Limitation of liability
The liability of GRIJZER in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Under no circumstances shall GRIJZER be liable for any form of indirect or consequential loss, costs or expenses as a result of this agreement or contract.
GRIJZER will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that details relating to you, your order & payment are kept secure in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Unless GRIJZER is negligent in exercising these responsibilities then GRIJZER shall not be held liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Where you supply data relating to other individuals you will be deemed to have obtained their agreement to this information being released to us.
All product and company or brand names used on our website are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them. The use of corresponding brand names, types, numbers and other descriptions are solely meant as a reference. Terms & Conditions: Instore Contemporary Goods
A refund will be issued if goods are found to be faulty or unfit for the purpose for which they were sold up to 30 days from the date of purchase providing they are accompanied with the original receipt of purchase.
A refund will be issued if goods are returned undamaged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Goods returned after 14 days may be returned for a credit note or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If an item (excluding furniture) has been purchased as a gift and there is nothing wrong with the item, it may be returned, undamaged and in its original packaging, within 28 days so of purchase, provided that it is accompanied by the Original Receipt.
