Large Parian Ware Figure of Händel

Large parian ware figural group depicting George Frederic Händel, carrying a score of Samson. The model is made of bisque porcelain around 1930-30 (maker unknown, possibly Scheibe-Alsbach). German-English composer, 1685-1759. Marked on the bottom with the model number 1213. Height is 42 cm.

Condition: Good condition, wear consistent with age and/or use (two restored chips on the corners of the plinth)

Groot porseleinen beeld in biscuit van de componist George Frederic Händel, met de partituur van Samson. Gemaakt rond 1930, maker onbekend, wellicht gemaakt bij de Duitse porseleinfabriek Scheibe-Alsbach. Onderop gemerkt met het modelnummer 1213. De hoogte is 42 cm.

Conditie: Goede conditie, in overeenstemming met leeftijd en/of gebruik (2 gerestaureerde chips aan de hoekpunten van de sokkel)
