18th C. Statue Nativity Scene

Antique hand carved wooden sculpture of a shepherd with his sheep. Possibly a part of a nativity scene. Made in the 18th century in the Netherlands. Hand carved in dark colored wood and painted polychrome. Height 30 cm (without the staff).

Condition: fair condition, the staff is of recent date

Antiek handgesneden beeld van een herder met zijn schaap. Mogelijk een onderdeel van een kerststal. Gemaakt in de 18de eeuw in Nederland. Handgesneden uit donker hout met polychrome beschildering. Hoogte 30 cm (zonder staf).

Conditie: Redelijke conditie, de staf is van recente datum
