Art deco Balinese Legong Dancer

Art deco balinese sculpture of a woman dressed as a traditional Legong dancer, with wings in her hands. Hand cut, made of dark, hard wood with high quality carved details and decorations.  Made around 1935-1945. Height 27.5 cm.

Condition: good condition with some chips on the wings and the back of her head

Art deco balinees beeld van een vrouw gekleed als traditionele Legong danseres, met vleugels in haar handen. Handgesneden uit donker hardhout, met vele details en versieringen van hoge kwaliteit. Gemaakt rond 1935-1945. Hoogte 27,5 cm.

Conditie: goede conditie met wat chips aan de vleugels en de achterzijde van haar hoofd
